6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
In accordance with Act No. 108/2024 Coll., a consumer (a natural person not acting within their business activity) has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of concluding the contract. For service contracts, the period runs from the conclusion of the contract; if the consumer expressly requests that performance begin before the period expires, a proportional charge for the service already provided may apply.
Withdrawal period
- 14 days from the conclusion of the contract
- Withdrawal from the contract can be made by sending an email to: admin@berelevant.now
- Withdrawal form: https://berelevant.now/withdrawal-form
- In the withdrawal notice, state: name, email, contract conclusion date, invoice number
Refund
- The Provider will refund all payments received from the consumer within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice
- The refund will be made using the same payment method by which the payment was received (unless the consumer expressly agrees to a different method)
- The consumer will not incur any additional fees for the refund
- If the consumer expressly requested that the Service begin before the period expired and was properly informed, the Provider is entitled to proportional payment for the service already provided
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
- Services that have been fully provided before the 14-day period expired with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided
- Digital content delivered via the internet if the consumer gave prior express consent for its provision and acknowledged that they lose the right of withdrawal once delivery is completed
